Short routes & intermodal
STANDO uses intermodal transport. That way we do our best to minimize use of road transport. On top of that drivers of our fleet are trained in economical and ecological way of driving, and our routs are planned to be as short as possible and mostly consist of routs dedicated for heavy transport.
Eco driving - it works
When making new purchase, we choose only modern and low emmision trucks, that are atmosphere friendly. Additionally part of our trainning of our coworkers covers environmental knowledge.
Minimize tire use
Using nitrogen we provide stable tire pressure. At the same time we extend life oft he tires, we reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emission and we save money.
Alternative fuel - LNG
LNG characterizes with lower emission of solid particles (PM), carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (CO2) even by 95% compared to trucks equipped with Euro 6 emission standard Diesel engine.
